Teachers philosophy

As one of the instructors, overcoming these challenges allows me to have a successful class, fulfill my goal of enlightening young kids as well as creating an atmosphere where they feel relax and willing to get involve on class activities. First, I will begin by establishing a secure environment for all students. I will proceed to keep up their motivation by creating a bond between students which will project positive thoughts, encourage academic learning, as well as bringing confidence between classmates and teacher. Students already have the capacity to learn and it is a teacher’s responsibility to help them develop that given gift.
