MY PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

For teachers and the scholars to bring forth the best in them, there are three main things that should be considered first, the environment should be secure to be used by both the teachers and students. Second, education should be focused on the general growth of the child not just books and third learning should be practical and go beyond school walls. Existentialism is widely used in my philosophy, as lots of free will is experienced especially on the side of learners when the environment is made favorable for studies by educators. When the environment is safe and conducive for studies, it makes learning fun as teachers feel comfortable to share not just intelligence but also emotional support that will make students grow to self-actualized beings.

A well-organized place for studies involves a teacher creating an awesome rapport with the students as well as the parents of the students. Learning should focus on talents, special skills the learner has and co-curricular activities like games and plays. By exploration of this aspects of a learner, the teacher builds the survival tactics of the learner to avoid depending on studies for survival. Talents and special skills pay out much more promising for some learners. My personal philosophy will ensure every scholar has a potential to be successful if they are helped beyond the book-level and exploring their weaknesses as we focus on the strengths of the learners. By the teacher understanding unique skills a student possesses it will enable the two parties understand how best to tackle a problem at hand.
