Access The government of England guarantees access to health care to all its citizens through the National Health Service. The Department of Health in England is mandated to carry out the services in accordance with the objectives of the National Health Service. The NHS in England is run at a local level by various organizations such as the strategic health authorities and trusts. These trusts are made up of dentists, pharmacists, and opticians who orchestrate health care delivery services to the people of England (Abbie McClintock roe and Aaron Liberman 194). On the other hand, the United States is the only industrialized country that does not offer universal health care to its population and hence access to health care is not guaranteed by the government.
