Some of the impact caused by El Nino include; having effects on the aquatic species and seabirds, drought and dry conditions, flooding and impact on the commercial or local fishing, occurrence of hurricanes and very cold weather and strong rains that are unseasonal. The latest NOAA El Nino Advisory summary tells us that the changes are becoming more, and there are possibilities of experiencing El Nino that will continue to the spring (He, 570, 2015). Higher sea surface heights are representative of warmer temperatures because when they move up, changes in terms of warming occurs which tend to go up as the cooling lowers. La Nina is the cooling of water in the equatorial Pacific, the cooling has fixed intervals. It causes the weather patterns completely causing effects that less extensive compared to El Nino.
