Many of the grandaunts find it being hard for them to satisfy their dreams in the job market as they cannot secure jobs of their interest that easily. Majority of their dreams had just but remained a nightmare to many of them. The primary purpose of this article is to inform the readers about how the schools' system has led to the failure of graduates in the job market. His work reflects the ways that schools are spreading propaganda to learners’ mind that through education, they can do anything in life, but in the real sense, the same schools are not preparing students to face the world. In his work, the author targets New York Times readers. Education is also not offering adequate skills, and thus learners are required to get some knowledge on their own.

Baby-boomers even invent the job market, and this leads to the graduates moving from one job to another for an extended period looking for a job that fits them. The author also opposes the mentality of independent of workers. For any organization to achieve success, the author claims that all the stakeholders should work together as a team but not as an individual. The author is proposing that schools should give learners an open environment to be able to adapt to the nature of the situation that they are likely to face out there. The author is trying to change the minds of his readers and does not appreciate the right side of the current education system. From this analysis, it is worth concluding that Brook’s work is less supported and there is no evidence to find proves his claims.
