The new policy requires all employees to wear identification badges. All visitors will be required to sign in and to wear visitor badges. Why would an organization introduce this type of policy? In every organization, security of employees, shareholders, and assets should be the first priority at all times. Among the most basic security procedures in an organization is visitor management. Basically, visitor management involves signing in of visitors at each entry point as they come in and out of the premises (Hashim-Waris, 10). Security personnel can, therefore, be able to easily identify intruders, in case of any. Many offices within the company are located outside of the United States where there are potential language barriers. How would you implement this policy throughout the entire company? One of the most effective ways of overcoming a language barrier is finding the most common language among a people involved and encouraging the others to learn the identified language (Kelman, 185).
