Mental Disorders and Influence on Human Behavior Name Institution Abstract Mental wellness is a function that is drawn from various disciplines and influences how one feels thinks or behaves. As such one major field of study for bio-physiologists encompasses the impact of brain diseases on human behavior. On this note Smith (2010) asserts that brain injuries and diseases are a hindrance for the standard functionality. According to Smith (2010) children who are susceptible to traumatic brain damages and disorders have impaired body functionality in many areas including neurologic endocrine and neurocognitive. Thus it becomes a contentious issue that a huge proportion of children suffering from mental disorders are stigmatized and their ability is downplayed as their behavior is rated lowly.
