Internship in MetLife Reflection Essay

I was given a supervisor who oriented me with the company’s activities. I engaged positively and was willing to be educated. I think the internship has helped me apply what I have studied and hence prepare me for the job environment. I also believe that one needs to be patient to learn new and more things since it is not possible to learn the company’s operations within one summer. After a period of three weeks, I left MetLife and joined a real estate company. The company also helps the community in which it operates. From this, I have learned that every business must be socially responsible. Any form of business must develop a relationship with all stakeholders to have a smooth running.
