Also, the people fail to understand the major health risks which may be associated with them apart from encountering challenges when they are trying to access medical and health care facilities. In addition many of these residents fail to make changes to their ways and conditions of living in order to improve their health. Therefore annual community health expos are a crucial way of collaborating with people of the community to aid in the reduction of health inconsistencies besides enhancing their access to preventive care while receiving necessary screenings. 1 The BK health expo was among the health promotion event which I have attended so far. The event was comprised of individuals of all ages, different health status and physical activity.
