Teachers should differentiate the needs of the learners so as to come up with a standardized form of teaching that will ensure every learner is satisfied which becomes a problem to some teachers. In this case, to increase the student’s reading performance, planning which is paramount as an element regarding good delivery in the teaching process in the classroom should be done appropriately. Learners should be more engaged when taught in responsive ways to their level of readiness to read, the interest they have in reading, and lastly their learning profile system. This is the characteristics a teacher should recognize in the teaching process so as to find a better way of how to support the learners (Olson, 2011).
