Robbery is much higher in such a society, and the upper class are likely to lose a lot to the individuals engaging in criminal activities. In a poverty-stricken society, there are a few opportunities for employment and that means only a few people who secure jobs. The rest of the people remain unemployed, and this makes things to be worse on earning something daily living and survival. In turn, this causes many individuals in the society get involved in delinquencies. Thus, the youths learn from their seniors about crimes and hence engaging in crimes. Property crimes are precipitated by terrorist acts. Terrorists are individuals who usually don't use legal measures to acquire resources and are generally wanted by the government. However, these people must survive and have enough resources to undertake their criminal acts.
