Professional Expression Assignment 1

This paper will focus on why all IT tools must provide for an abstraction from the details of the implementation. The idea behind abstraction is to ensure that all the relevant information is preserved while the information that does not make relevant sense is discarded. When abstraction is used in design, the designers remove all the levels of details leaving only features that are essential to the system. One of the most important reasons why designers and programmers do this is because of the fact that it increases efficiency of the system while at the same time it reduces the complexity of that system.
