Exercise has many health-related benefits and therefore can also be used to prevent the growth of malignant tissues and tumors. According to most studies conducted in this field, people who engage in frequent exercise are less likely to develop cancer. The only types of cancer that had been earlier on been found to have a correlation with activity are breast and colon cancers. Earlier researchers only focused on the body mass of participants, their diets and exercise habits. They then held a tracking record of disease diagnosis for a minimum of ten years. From the data collected, a comparison of the above variables (vigor, frequency and earlier medical condition of the participants) was used to formulate data analysis. The findings of the study illustrated that most cancers attacked people who exercised less frequently and less moderately regarding vigor.The time spent for using was, however, of no impact.
