Majority of the people are not even aware of the difference between living in poverty and being poor. Although, both of these ideas are linked with not having money but in reality they have other meanings. Poverty by definition means an individual which has low wealth and income and has less or no possessions. In contrast to this, living life in poverty is the state where there is shortage of clothing, shelter and food.
