Believing in nurses means trusting them fully with their duty to execute their job. Phonological reflection behind believing on the nurses simply emphasizes or gives a strong reason for trusting in the nurses. In the situation where the patients do not have a full trust in nurse, the medication complications might arise. To successfully make the nurses’ work effective, patients must believe that the treatment they receive is perfect. Furthermore, the nurses themselves must also believe that they are the best medical practitioners in the field of medics. I am certain that Donna was confident that if nurses believe in themselves, they will be able to tackle unknown, unthinkable and deluded issues that affect them in their profession.
