Nursing care needs to get delivered appropriately in a manner that offers sustainable human well-being, and that, professional nurses must get accountable for the process and outcomes of their performances. In this regard, my philosophy of nursing gets based upon my commitment to match the medicine knowledge with being compassionate, caring, and relational to uphold the dignity of all patients. I believe in continuous learning through experience and research to assist me in addressing contemporary challenges encountered to achieve the best. Importantly, stable quality of nursing care is grounded upon patient-centred, inter-professional engagements and integrated health care system approach efforts. My Philosophy for Nursing I have intrinsic values for caring, and that, right from the childhood days I developed the great sympathy for those who are suffering.

The nursing profession proved to be involving more than just caring for the sick patient, and that, it must incorporate patient –centred broad-based strategic initiatives which also uphold the human well-being. Furthermore, since nursing is a science and medical oriented discipline, it is a subject to environmental, technological, economic, and social changes. Therefore, nurses are professionally bound to keep abreast emerging and trending issues for the formulation of quality care delivery best practices. Nursing and Patient Care My philosophy for nursing encompasses compassionate and caring. Professionally, a nurse should not only be a concern with physical and medical scientific understanding but also, emotional and mental needs. The management together with leaders needs to match the desired personality traits with the job descriptions (Andersen & Watkins (2018).

In other words, stable quality nursing care delivery can get achieved by through ethical nurse assessment, development, and performance evaluation aimed at identifying the most preferred personality behaviour for the job.   Nursing and the Environment and Society Nursing profession compelled by the societal and environmental requirements for a healthy and safety ecosystem. As a nurse, one must not only concentrate on clinical aspects but also in taking part in primary disease preventive measures like taking part in environmental preservation and smoking cessation awareness initiatives. Also, encouraging community wellbeing practices such as helping the elderly population to acquire medical insurance coverage schemes to enable them to access health care at the right time. Listening to the narratives of our patients as part of holistic nursing care.
