According to Singh and Ghatala ( 417), risk management involves taking action to ensure that unexpected incidents’ severity and frequency are reduced, reduction of effects of legal claims, system design, and improve high reliability performance, and each patient uniqueness which may expose the organization to possible liability. There are different challenges that healthcare organizations face to deliver proficient risk management. There is no one-model-fits-all approach to risk management as each organization has its own challenges (Scranton University). Thus, to find more about risk management, I went to Rivera Private Medical Clinic. The Medical Clinic has a Risk Management Department. Also, we encourage our physicians to take steps towards anything related to infectious diseases which can be avoidable. In addition, we do an immediate correction, with speed and accuracy for infectious diseases risks that are unavoidable.

Furthermore, in order to reduce risks to our clinic, we handle complaints related to infectious diseases quickly. Finally, we provide guidance to our physicians and employees on how to report infectious diseases incidences in order to reduce risks to our organization.
