As a result, the issue of corporate social responsibility has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. A study by Newman & Brucks reveals that corporate social responsibility can foster loyal customer resources and create a harmonious social environment2. It is an effective way to enhance its brand image and add momentum to the company's continued strong growth. Corporate social responsibility means that enterprises should bear corresponding responsibilities for each entity with close interests in them, and continue to pay close attention to and safeguard the interests of neighbors in different periods. In the context of globalization, an internationally competitive enterprise should be a company that successfully integrates the responsibilities of society, the environment, consumers and other stakeholders into the corporate strategy, organizational management, and business processess4.

Methodology This paper will study the impact of corporate social responsibility on consumers from the perspective of consumers and thus on consumer purchases. This paper first summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign corporate social responsibility theory by collecting articles published by domestic and foreign scholars, and summarizes the research content and research methods. It also states the theory of corporate social responsibility and the response theory of corporate social responsibility performance. And stakeholder theory, elaborates and analyzes theories related to consumer and corporate social responsibility. Secondly, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, in the process of the impact of corporate social responsibility performance on consumers' willingness to purchase, consumers' perception of fulfilling socially responsible enterprises and consumers' evaluation of fulfilling socially responsible enterprises will be embedded.
