The aspect of employability skills on care home have been demonstrated efficiently with its solutions depicted in the current case. In reference to the achieved performance level, I know that I was able to discharge my responsibilities with utmost seriousness and professionalism. The satisfactory feedbacks form my patients and their families indicate my good work. The elderly patients enjoyed my company although it was challenging at the start. The feedback is important in planning for a better health care for the dementia patients in the future. Through feedback, errors, mistakes and excellent work can be noted.
