Despite their participation, the American Latino community continues to be considered as a minority within the diversified U. S. society. The documentary also goes ahead to intersect some of the various issues faced by Latinos in their endeavors to migrate to the United States. Some of the topics that are highlighted in the series include; the wild west, manifest destiny, expansionism, the great depression, civil rights movement, and globalization. This information has proved to be significant mostly because it has been used in connecting and empowering millions of people from the Hispanic community1. The documentary has been specifically tailored to address the Latino community residing within as well as outside the United States. Although the documentary attempts to highlight issues affecting the Latino community, the film bears critical information that may be used by the general audience.
