Importance of lifelong learning

Firstly, lifelong learning is vital for ensuring sustainability of one’s career. The business world is continuously evolving, demanding new skills and knowledge each new day. New procedures, machines, technologies, models, and resources are the order of the day in a working environment, and workers need to keep up with them in order to continue being viable in their contribution to their organizations.
