The current performance within an organization I work for is experiencing performance issues since most employees are not updated on the current technological trends. In this paper, I will create a training needs assessment to help the organization formulate and implement efficient solutions to the problem. Performance issue New technology has been used by most organizations successfully for the past decade. Organizations are using advanced technology to market themselves and increase their profitability. Most employees within our organization lack sufficient information about the importance of technology in achieving personal and professional goals. In the third step, I would define the task goal to determine the expected results, which would be compared to upcoming levels. The fourth step would involve breakdown of the main goal into smaller achievable units.
