With great knowledge of multicultural setting in the healthcare field is very crucial and helpful in promoting efforts towards attaining the primary care obligation of nursing. Due to this, as one works in increasingly transcultural settings, the nurses ought to focus on providing culturally skilled care and fully made-to-order care that focus on the patient’s own tradition, beliefs, practices cultural values and lifestyles (Campinha-Bacote, 2002).
