Based on my argument, strategy implementation is more vital. Strategy implementation executes intended organizational plans and its administrative role based on operational and strategic decisions. Notably, strategy implementation involves leadership in following the strategy formulation. Strategic implementation is important in determining attainment of goals and objectives. Furthermore, planned successful implementation will have a leader to communicate visions and measures necessary for achievements. Secondly, lack of empowerment may influence low accountability essential for attaining ownership. Thirdly, meaningless strategic plan negatively affects implementation process. This is through the inadequate support of actions in and low accountability to help propagate transformation. Fourthly, underestimation of required resources.
