The prosperity of a business largely depends on the people who work in the firm. This means that each individual has a contribution to make such that bringing the efforts of everyone together results in the success of the company. The growth strategy of Fusilier Technologies has completely stalled and this is very detrimental to the prosperity of a business.

Such a strategy helps a firm plan for the future bearing in mind that it focuses on issues that are meant to push the firm forward. When a growth strategy stalls this implies that the company the activities that are meant to see the firm grow are not being carried out in a proper manner. A growth strategy usually targets at acquiring a larger market share so that the business can be stable enough. This implies that even short-term earnings may be sacrificed for the sake of making sure that the business grows toward the targeted objectives. Market analysis equally shapes the staff of the firm in the sense they get to learn the needs of the consumers hence adjusting to their way of thinking in order to ensure they serve their clients satisfactorily.
