The author starts by describing the various factors which shape the ethical behaviors of individuals in the workplace. Also, the author provides three research questions which seem to guide his studies. These include; the life experiences that seem to shape the way that human resource managers are developed as well as their systems of moral beliefs which appear to have an influence on their ethical framework; how managers demonstrated the link between their system of moral beliefs (LaMontagne, 2016).
