I have also had a chance for industrial placement which trained me too. As a result of my industrial placement, I developed professionally from the application of the class knowledge I had gathered in school. I was attached at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited; a company that manufactures tractors. During that period, I applied my theoretical class knowledge with great success. The knowledge on the topic of Mechanical design was important throughout the attachment. Lastly, the industrial attachment was a good ground for learning the importance of meeting deadlines. All the work assigned to me during that time had to be done within strict deadlines. The failure to meet any of the timelines meant loss of contract to the company. This developed in me the ability to table, prioritize and organize myself on how to work through the projects.
