Thinking About Diversity Reaction Paper

These can be grouped into two. Those which are basic individual traits making a person unique from others such personality, disability and so on. On the other hand fall those that exist as a result of the group a person belongs to including ethnicity, culture, race differences and so on. Despite many people taking diversity to exploit others especially in the workplaces, I think they need to embrace the differences. The differences in individuals ought to be appreciated and treated as a positive rather than negative. This mixing of individuals can result in significant ideas brought forward in any business situation. In my view, any work environment embracing diversity helps in bringing cohesion and the consumption of all human resources present.
