Process Metrics implementation

Capacity indicators will measure the time it will take to process a given number of PR requests. Productivity indicators will measure how many requests are attended to in a given period. Quality indicators will measure how many requests are successfully processed in a given number of requests. Profitability indicators will measure how much profit is derived from the processing of requests. This can be measured in percentage. The proposed project will require end user terminals and a server accessible by all the end user terminals. There will be a local server that houses all the data of the company and a cloud-based storage to enable approval of requests from anywhere in the world. The implementation will begin with user requirements gathering, followed by a feasibility study, then the program development.
