However, different factors may hinder a child from adapting to the daycare environment primarily due to caregivers, parental care before, and attachments of the child to the parent. Some researches indicate that children may have differences due to gender-based differences and social interaction difficulties. Childcare providers have a great responsibility of ensuring that they provide the best care to each child without discrimination as this fosters a good relationship (Lee, 2006, p. Daycare centers are an essential part of a child in his development. They provide the child with a field where the infant learns to interact with others and also get familiar with education at an early age. From this figure, it is clear that the number of unlicensed is higher and looking back five years, they were less than those licensed.

Having more daycare centers that are not licensed opens avenues for people to provide any quality services since there are no specific regulations. Research shows that children have a tendency of seeking attachment and when there is the presence of a childcare provider who shows affection to the child, then the attachment is developed. These children can get connections with other strangers when they first gain the enclosure with the caregiver. They learn to interact with others and stop viewing them as strangers (Bennett-Murphy & Shpancer, 2001). Their contribution will give the positive and negative impacts the increase could result in their children. By the end of the study, other aims are to have come up with the best alternatives on how the problems could be combated as the study provides beneficial advantages to the people.

Methodology In this case, the most common method that could be used to collect data would be ethnographical methodology. This methodology form involves studying the people and their way of life especially their culture (Sandiford, 2011). The study outcomes of peoples’ choice could be driven by their cultural experience. Children are involved in studying since they cannot respond to the research questions as expected (Gerber, Whitebook & Weinstein, 2007 p. 329) (Gerber, Whitebook & Weinstein, 2007 p. Understanding how the increase will be of benefit to them can only be as a result of information from the community and experts. Use of quantitative approach, in this case, is impossible and can be termed as the unethical hence qualitative method will be used. Strategies that will help create conversations with the people of Alabama will be crucial in this study, and the participants will be selected appropriately.

The participants will be subjected to several questions where they will answer them at their own will. Both the parents and the childcare givers will be involved. Semi-structured interviews, use of daycare records and their constitution to get their goals and mission will be useful in the grounded theory method. The cultural beliefs of the people in Alabama should be considered as they have an impact on the choice of response the people give. Data collection tools The data will be collected using questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and issuing of Pro-forma. Any necessary approval documents will first sort out to permit the study. Timeframe Since this is wide-scale research, more time will be needed to reach every corner of Alabama. It is not easy to achieve every daycare in Alabama or access every parent with a child in the daycare centers hence a timescale of three months will be used to obtain enough data.

Within this period all tools of data collection will be used, and data will be collected. Impacts Every study has its positive and negative benefits to the people who are involved. Interaction of children in the daycare ensures adequate exposure to the world while at a young age. This will provide a good society that interacts freely with love (Turner, 1991, p. Another crucial benefit for the kids is that they will get medical attention adequately and rarely will they miss taking medicine as it would be for a busy parent. Every child is carefully taken care of at all time since all the attention is on them (Mcdougall, Hymel, Vaillancourt & Louise, 2006, p. The more the number of daycare centers increases the better the services offered there will be due to competition.

Any person found to have violated a child should be prosecuted and jailed. For those who conduct illegal trades with children need to serve life imprisonment as this is inhumane and unethical. The legislature needs to set policies that control licensing of daycares so that they are not illegally placed and meet the acceptable standards. Any daycare that does not conform to these policies should be closed. Conclusion It is expected that this research study will help explain why the number of licensed daycare centers have reduced ant those that are run by the church, group and family are sprouting rapidly. 1037/e413802005-268 Birch, S.  H. , & Ladd, G.  W.
