Bob’s case is important in all aspects to the organization in question. A qualitative analysis of the case displays that Bob Marsh had a passion for CPI and always wanted to work for the company. Maybe the zone manager died about him taking the firing well, or he might have been influenced by people into taking the case to the company presidents.
