Differences in cultures influence the way people socialize. However, children's requirements are termed to be similar despite diversity in cultures. This has raised concerns across the globe with regards to taking care of children. There are several factors to consider when establishing a program that supports children including the children's culture and children's interests among others. Children's culture is a vital factor to consider when choosing a program to adapt. Additionally, the program should put into consideration the interests of the children. Children's interests involve activities they like such as music, dances, and games among others. Additionally, a successful program is expected to contain aspects that can bring laughter in children and encourage them regardless of culture. This can be achieved through incorporating stories and encouraging the application of communication skills such as individual attentiveness, public involvement, and listening.
