Segregation in the US was practiced in all spheres of life including the education sector. Therefore, in this study, we look at the contributions of Brown to the Board of Education and the fight against segregation in American schools. Warren argue that due to segregation in the education sector, Linda Brown, a black American was denied the privilege of being admitted to the primary or elementary school level in Topeka as a result of being black (483). This resulted in one of the most significant court cases that took place in the US Supreme Court. This case took a center stage as a landmark case that ever existed in the history of US education. The team argued against the unconstitutionality of discrimination or segregation in the US schools.
