In case of fire there should be fire detectors fitted in respective points in the room and an also invest in non-water methods of extinguishing fire so as to help protect the equipment and data from damage (Garfinkel & Spafford, 2001). Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) WPA is used in encrypting information therefore making the information unreadable to hackers or people who have no authority to view this information (Akyildiz, Weilian, & Cayirci, 2002). It also checks and confirms that the security network key has not been altered or modified. WPA can also be used to authenticate the users trying to get information to ensure that non-authorized personnel cannot access the information (Weatherball & Jones, 2006).
