Due to the continuous improvement in technological advancements, it makes it easier to learn on better ways to treat specific medical conditions. Therefore, continuous education and professional training benefit both the hospital and the physicians involved. Current Issues in Healthcare Organizations The healthcare system currently faces various challenges that require being addressed to improve normal operations.
