In addition, marketing mix aspect is one of the important internal parameters which needs to be highly regarded as part of the marketing research For example in 2006, the top 300 magazines generated revenue that totaled to $34. 4billion and a huge portion of this revenue was attributable to advertisement revenue and circulation sales. The marketing mix entails things like, place, product, promotion, and price which is commonly referred to as the 4P’s. Some of the external factors that need adequate consideration include competition from other firms and the customers’ needs (Wang & Taylor, 2017). Wang, K. , & Taylor, J. Can You Provide the Current Trends in HR on People Analytics. Part two 1) Just like many other aspects of life, leadership bears a cycle since it has to start from somewhere, develop, and mature before it ultimately achieves its legacy status. Similarly, a leader can succumb to failure because of incompetence, apathy, abuse of power, unethical character, unwise decisions, and broken trust. As per his proposal, the model’s stages need to be adhered in a predetermined sequence for a given group to optimally function.

A group may fail to perfectly perform unless it bears a set of cultural standards as well as conflict experience (Betts & Healy, 2015). Tuckman’s stages of team development are broadly categorized into two aspects. The first two phases are characterized by tasks that are more inclined to socio-emotional aspects. The last two phases are inclined to task orientation. In relation to healthcare leadership, the Tuckman’s model is of greater importance since it provides an insight on teams are developed and well managed. It is actually a benchmark for leaders in the health sectors when it comes to project management, departmental management, the establishment of teams, and conduction of research studies as a unit. All the essential steps and management attributes on how a group is established to its ultimate stage of adjournment are comprehensively described by Tuckman.

The Forming and performing phases are the most important stages of when it comes to Tuckman’s model. At the forming stage, all the established values, mission and goals will be a key determinant of how the group will be expected to run. The model’s prescriptive construct/mechanism emphasizes on the essence of having a thoughtful leader in terms of consistency and upholding organizational values, goals, strategies, vision, and mission (Gerald & Nicholas, 2014). The Omnibus theory (OLM) The leadership theory is perceived at three different aspects as significant components of general success. The three levels include: • The individual-level – At this level, character traits of individualism are derived as a basis of leadership abilities. • The group-level – Team management, coordination, character and effective leadership are defined at this descriptive mechanism.

• The organizational capacity - The mechanism touches on a higher administrative capacity where executive leadership is of greater importance to the functionality of a given healthcare organization. At this transitional time, I believe the transformational model of leadership will be perfectively relevant for the most healthcare organization. Research on leadership has shifted from emphasizing competence to managing change and now it is about transforming organizations (Deschamps et al. Leaders who are transformational bears the needed behaviors and attributes of empowering workers and motivating them. Hence, in comparison to the covered leadership models in this chapter, the paper focuses on examining a proposed model regarding transformational leadership within the healthcare domain. As studies suggest, the occurrence of transformational leadership is based on leader’s ability to inspire changes, motive employees, create unity and facilitate organizational objectives that will result to continual achievements of performing at a higher level.

In the process, such leaders will end up establishing better policies and moral values. Generally, leading on transformational basis amount to a collective motive that will attribute positive changes within an organization. The leadership style aims at inspiring morale and commitment to the ideals and visions of an organization. For example, the professionals within the health industry are motivated to attain the best patient care quality despite the various limiting parameters within their line of duties. This concept on transformational strategy was famously introduced back in 1978 by Burns Macgregor who was a biographer as well as an expert in matters of leadership theories. Through creativity, the team members will be inspired to establish and discover new means of dealing with certain concepts within the healthcare sector as they also rise in terms of professionalism.

• Consideration on an individualized basis – Describes the necessity of a person to acknowledge the weaknesses and strengths of other people within an organization. Once a leader regards the weaknesses and strengths of followers, he/she will be at a better position of initiating changes for individual development. As compared to DCL (dynamic culture leadership) model, transformational leadership is more inclined at transforming organizations to higher levels. It is much more beyond the traditional model of providing effective leadership. In the covered models, leadership model is traditionally perceived as leaders do not emphasis on changes, workers performance, and issue arising within an organization. However, in this transitional era of dynamic changes within the healthcare sector, I believe in the transformational aspect of leadership.
