Key among these precautions is to ensure that one engages in fitness-enhancing activities. Health experts say that engaging in regular fitness-enhancing activities has got an enormous impact on the seven dimensions of health and wellness as discussed below. A good physical appearance is appealing not only to oneself but also to other people in the surrounding. It is therefore important for one to ensure that his/her body is physically in good shape (Benson, 2006). Fitness enhancing activities that help one achieve this goal include good nutrition, engaging in regular physical exercises, avoiding harmful habits, and seeking medical attention when necessary. It is important that one find an appropriate remedy when faced with such circumstances. One of the most effective remedy for these instances is engaging in regular fitness-enhancing activities.

Research shows that engaging in activities such as yoga help one take a break from stressful life and thus making him or her forget the things that bother him/her (Huang et al, 2007). Fitness activities help the brain relax which is the key to good decision making. Good decision making helps one avert future activities, instances, and circumstances that would pose a threat to our emotions in future. Wealth is mainly acquired through engagement in activities that define one’s occupation. Some of the fitness-enhancing activities such as games have provided a career to millions of people worldwide. From these careers, involved persons have been able to accumulate wealth and hence have been considered to be one of the most successful people in the society.
