Ethical Decision Making and Hiring Name of the student Institution Affiliation Abstract The paper gives insight about the difference importance and purpose of the code of ethics and the code of conduct. It further explains how the code of ethics helps in enhancing the judgment of employees in the organization and also the direction the organization takes in its decisions. It also explains how the code of conduct dictates the directions that the employees of the organization are supposed to be taking and the specific behaviors that are allowed or forbidden within the organization. In addition to the insight regarding the code of conduct and the code of ethics the paper also explains some of the factors that employers are supposed to consider for ethical decision making. It concludes by giving the importance of considering the factors when making decisions regarding the hiring of employees.
