An Analysis of the Situation The Google harassment accusations that involved Andy Rubin have made the public upset because of the idea that he received a hefty payout of ninety million dollars1 and this was not his first incident. Andy had previously been accused of having several sexual-related cases with people at this firm despite being a married man to a wife he found at Google company. This was an indication of laxity by the firm at the time and that is why the public was not happy about the payout given to Rubin. This led to a blowback in the organization’s activities because there was a lot of criticism citing the reluctance of the company to deal with the sexual harassment cases.
