He is the largest shareholder and co-founder of the world's largest software company. But how did he start, and what are his key traits of Bill Gates that fuelled his company's development?  After dropping out of Havard, Bill Gates started Microsoft's software company with Paul Allen in 1975. The company started by writing programming for Altair. Then, it signed a deal with IBM, bought the DOS operating system, and introduced Windows in 1983. By 1987, Bill Gates was worth over a billion dollars. He listens to customers' responses and reviews attentively and makes required improvements on his products. He also responds to customer needs to create new products in the market. Bill Gates believes effective customer communication is integral to survive in the fast-changing modern market.

  For instance, after introducing Windows in 1983, Bill Gates had constantly evolved the product to meet current needs and customer demands. He had also set up other software to solve consumer problems.   Productivity And Focus Gates achieved all this by being at maximum productivity, working continuously, and staying focused. He never slowed down or took breaks when creating projects. Bill Gates has the knack of allowing his team to work at pace, achieve milestones, and make constant progress until the project is finally done.   He spent many years learning about programming, coding, market manipulation, studying target audiences, and developing products that suit them. He is also known for his focus. It's real-time. So you might hear me say, 'That's the dumbest idea I have ever heard many times during a meeting.
