These feelings are influenced by the relationship that the infant and the parent have, because the parent does all they can to meet the infant’s interests (Saul McLeod, 2018). Family is an important aspect in the development of an infant. Through family infants have a sense of belonging that is motivated by the love and care that they receive from their caregivers. According to various studies conducted, an infant creates a great attachment with the people with whom they feel safe and secure with. Thus, a family gives the infant a feeling of comfort derived from the caregiver’s interest to keep the infant in healthy, nutritious, and comfortable surroundings. Therefore, when an infant is brought up by a good caregiver they develop healthy and sociable lifestyles.
