Availing the internet or email account to the worker’s computer should be strictly to carry out work-related tasks. Financial companies have various job-related activities that require the use of additional software and internet accessibility (Simbulan, 2004). It is vital to make it clear that only individuals that have been authorized are allowed to use the internet and download any software that is required. Therefore, the human resource and information technology departments must select employees that can undertake the aforementioned tasks with due diligence.
