This fact would be perfect and absolute if only it were true. However, it is an unfortunate fact that not every manager is a leader who has been proven over time to be a source of either failure in an organization or a conflict. Fortunately enough, once the roles of the managers and the leaders have been understood in any organization, the correct distinguishing can often lead to a compelling combination that would be responsible for success or profitability within a given firm. While the leader in an organization sets to innovate and bring changes, a manager aims at promoting the status quo.
