Care should be perceived in a more modern manner other than the traditional way. The integration of nursing theories into practice demonstrates an evolutionary opening for the science of nursing (Bai, 2014). The nurse gains so much experience, that in case such kind of ailment occurs, they are prepared to handle it. Creation of a good public image, the inclusion of care in nursing has made the society appreciate the role of nurses. This makes the nurses improve their image hence job improvement (Hallam.
