Motivated employees are willing to exert a specific level of effort (intensity), for a certain amount of time (persistence), toward a specific goal (path). Goal is an integral factor direct worker contributes their work. THE BUSINESS should make sure they are continually putting effort until they reach the goal. It's important for a firm to motivate staff. Their performance determines a firm successfulness. In today's world where everyone would like to be noticed and recognized for their work - employees are encouraged to achieve to stay relevant (Glenn Liopis, 2012).
