In an organization's operation the success and efficiency of the many tasks might be hindered by a little aspect of having the people working as a group rather than as a team. The difference between the two that a team has the same goal and each member has a part to play in the achievement of the goal. On the other hand in a group this aspect does not exist which hinders the performance of the tasks. The objectives of a team are well stipulated unlike in a group where the aims and goals are not defined.
