Best evidence ensures that only the researched interventions are given to the patients. Technician and nurse's aids- this rely on information given by the nurses to know which care each patient require. Doctors- rely on the data collected by the nurses to check whether a particular medication is efficient to specific patients. Dieticians- use the data collected to know the diet change to patients based on their ability to swallow. Case manager also uses the information to understand when to discharge or retain patients.
