The management concept began with the recognition of modern day processing activities. The idea of management has revolutionized within years as the organization structure changes within organizations(Fayol, 2016). Theories have been put forward to evaluate the approaches in various situations. The concept of management is best discussed using multiple methods. Some of the opinions of management include the scientific theory of administration, the bureaucratic approach of management, Human relations theory of management and contingency theory of management. According to the technique of management, it was efficient if the managers could quickly identify where the process got broken. The concept of management at this stage emphasized on the development of standard control mechanisms of every activity that was carried out within the organization (McNamara, 2015).
