This act has been enforced through the establishment and monitoring of the Arizona Structured English Immersion program. Describe the effects that these political, legal and historical events have had on English language instruction in the state of Arizona. In your discussion, include the implications of such events on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes educators must possess to be effective instructors of English Language Learners (ELLs) within the Arizona Structured English Immersion program.
