When agricultural production increases, it meets the needs of the growing population resulting in the sustainability of the growing community in the economy. Production is a process of transforming raw material into the desired product or service result by addition of value. Sustainability is the change process, in which exploitation of resources, adoption of technological growth and institution change enhance current and future to meet human needs (Huang, 2013). Gross domestic product (GDP) is the monetary measurement of the market value of all product and services produced in particular period. GDP estimates are used to calculate the economic performances of a whole country thus enabling the comparisons of various economies. For example, there is an introduction of greenhouses where temperatures are regulated hence increasing productivity; regional leadership has come up with strategies of smart climate agriculture and coming up with technologies and practices such as greenhouses, technological farming and others which help in solving the problem of climate-induced crisis or risks.

The introduction of different methods such as greenhouses has to lead to solving climate problems and maintains the high productivity. The innovation helps in addressing the environmental issue and also enhancing sustaining the growing population. Technology has played a big responsibility in developing agricultural industry and economic sustainability. Today technology has enabled people to practice agriculture production even in deserts by using agrarian biotechnology (Whitmarsh, 2011). Agricultural farm before the community-owned them. Later on, the area was allocated to the people by the government hence land is owned by individuals and different companies now (Elickson, 2013). The owners of the property now have the freedom to use the feature for their good. Land ownership encourages the owners to invest in the land productively.

Large owners can do farming with the current technology hence more production which leads to more employment of people on the farm thus increasing proclivity. Agriculture provides marginal productivity which enhances the sustainability of the economy; due to use of the new technique in agriculture more income gained which help in developing another sector which helps in improving the societies and transforming to a globule community. Development goes hand in hand with culture. Culture guides the moral value of the individuals which intern contributes to the production increase because culture promotes good relation in our society (Binder, 2015). Culture defines our behavior towards various issues, people's beliefs, and culture determines how we relate to each other at home and in the workplace.

The relation in the workplace motivates employees, assist them to innovate and encourage creativity which helps to come up with new ideas to hence producing things that are relevant to in the market thus being more productive. Many manufacturers are engaged in the production of the similar good. They use same or different technologies for the same. Setting a standard in case of different techniques is often very hard.
