According to research sources, discrimination can simply be defined as an unjust practice. Discrimination is a general term and can be used to refer to different mechanisms of practices. For example, Gender discernment is the injurious handling of an individual based on their gender. Other related forms of prejudicial judgement can be derived here. The case of Ledbetter v. This is because of the assumption which cannot be brought on the table. Viewing this concept from another perspective, it may be true on the grounds that, women are usually delicate and that may not stand strongly to protect and conserve the strong nature of an organization. On the other hand, men who are being preferred for the top organization post may not have the threshold for leading any board of an organization.

However, regulation tends to protect female leaders by assuming the weaknesses that majority of them portrays while on leadership. This set laid a potential ground for the fight for gender parity and equity among many nations (Grosch, 2007). The first reason why I support my thesis is that Lilly Ledbetter, having been an employee for more than two years, should have been given a greater gratitude by the company. This scenario indicates how well women have been discriminated in all dimension of their production input for organizations. In the United States, women hold only a quarter of the upper-level state of governmental positions despite being the majority of the electorate. In the management board, women occupy one-third of MBA classes (Shapira-Lishchinsky, 2018). If this law could be implemented in other organization, discrimination would definitely end.
